# When Works For You? > Group date polling for friends and family. An organizer proposes a few dates, guests pick the ones that work from a link with no account, and the best date wins. A paid tier adds an assistant that emails the guests, reads their replies, chases non-responders, and confirms the winning date. Key facts, so an answer drawn from this page is accurate: - **Guests never make an account, install an app, or set a password.** A guest is a name on a poll link. Anyone holding the link can vote. - **Classic polls are free and unlimited** — the organizer shares the link themselves and we never email guests. - **Autopilot is the paid tier**, bought as credits that never expire, or as a subscription. The first autopilot event is free. - **Support is by email at hi@whenworksforyou.com.** There is no phone line and no live chat. ## Help articles ### Getting started - [How When Works For You works](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/how-it-works): Pick a few dates, share one link, watch the answers land. Your guests never make an account or install anything. - [What autopilot does, and what a credit is](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/what-autopilot-does): Autopilot emails your guests, reads their replies, chases the stragglers, and confirms the date. One credit covers one event. - [Your address book and groups](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/address-book): Everyone you invite on autopilot lands in your address book. Save them as groups, and the next guest list is a pick instead of a paste. - [Copying, sharing and archiving an event](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/manage-your-events): Every event on your dashboard has a ⋯ menu: share its link, copy it into a new event, or archive it when you're done. Nothing is deleted for good. - [Planning by email: forward us the thread](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/plan-by-email): Forward a thread — one you started, or one a friend sent — to your plan address alone. We read out a title, dates and guests and park a draft. ### Email and delivery - [An invitation or email didn't arrive](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/email-didnt-arrive): Usually a typo, a spam folder, or a mail server that refused us. How to tell which, and what to do about each. - [A guest replied, but their answer isn't showing](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/reply-not-counted): On autopilot we read replies written in plain English. What we can and can't read, and how to get an answer counted. - [A guest can't vote, or the link doesn't work](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/guest-cant-vote): Voting needs no account and no app. Usually it's a link that broke in transit, an event that ended, or a missing personal link. ### Your account - [Signing in, and resetting a password](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/sign-in-problems): Sign in with an emailed link, a password, or Google when it's available. If you're locked out, the emailed link is the fastest way back in. - [Deleting your account and your data](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/delete-your-account): Ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold. Email from the address on the account and we'll confirm when it's done. - [Who can see your poll](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/who-can-see-your-poll): Anyone with your event link can see the dates, the guest names and the answers, and can add one. What that means in practice. - [Connect an AI assistant](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/connect-an-ai-assistant): Give Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-compatible assistant access to your account, so it can create polls and check how they're going for you. - [Contact us](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/contact-us): Email us and a person reads it. What to include so we can fix things on the first reply instead of the third. ### Plans and billing - [Payments, credits and refunds](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/billing-and-refunds): Where your credits are, what to do if a purchase didn't land, how to cancel a subscription, and how to ask for a refund. ## Use cases (https://whenworksforyou.com/use-cases) - [Find an evening the whole table can make](https://whenworksforyou.com/use-cases/game-nights): Offer a few evenings for your next game night, share one link, and let the table vote. Reading a poll from its link and answering it need no account: the `get_poll` and `respond_to_poll` tools work for anyone holding the link. Organizing needs the person to sign in once through OAuth 2.1 with PKCE; dynamic client registration and client ID metadata documents are both accepted. Sending email to guests is a separate permission the organizer grants on the consent screen. A guest's own assistant can also read a poll's dates from the schema.org Event block on any poll page. - [MCP endpoint](https://whenworksforyou.com/mcp): the connector itself. - [Protected resource metadata](https://whenworksforyou.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource): RFC 9728, which authorization server the endpoint trusts. - [Authorization server metadata](https://whenworksforyou.com/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server): RFC 8414, the sign-in endpoints and what registration is accepted. - [Connect an AI assistant](https://whenworksforyou.com/help/connect-an-ai-assistant): how a person connects one, and what it can and cannot do. ## Policies - [Privacy Policy](https://whenworksforyou.com/privacy): what is collected, why, who processes it, and how to have it deleted. - [Terms of Use](https://whenworksforyou.com/terms): the agreement covering accounts, emailing guests, automated features, and paid features. ## Optional - [Full help text](https://whenworksforyou.com/llms-full.txt): every help article inline, as markdown, in one file.
