Find a rehearsal night the whole band can make
A rehearsal without the drummer isn't a rehearsal. A poll finds the night everyone can play before the room gets booked.
Marcus books the practice room for a four-piece that plays a couple of gigs a month, and the room only has so many open slots. Before each booking he needs one night all four can make, decided early enough to actually get the slot. Here's how that goes with a poll.

Why a poll beats the group chat
Four people, four jobs, four other bands, and a practice room that goes to whoever asks first. "When can everyone do?" in the chat gets you four shift schedules and a maybe. A poll turns it into a grid: the nights you could book down one side, everyone's answer next to them, and the night the whole band can make lit up in green.
Nobody installs anything. A bandmate opens the link, types their name, and taps the nights that work. Thirty seconds, in the load-out line or on the bus.
Which nights to offer
- Offer the nights the room has. Check the room's calendar first and only put up nights you could actually book. A winning night you can't get is a poll you get to run twice.
- Spread across weeks, not within one. A Tuesday this week and a Tuesday next week find more overlap than a Tuesday and a Wednesday in the same one.
- Say how long. Two hours and four hours are different asks. That goes in the description, along with what you're working on.
What the band sees
One page with the rehearsal name, the nights you offered, and three buttons for each: Works, Maybe, Can't. A comment field catches "can do if we're done by ten." Once someone's voted they see everyone else's answers too, so the winning night is obvious before you say a word.
Rehearsals with a start time
A free poll marks each night as an evening. If the invitation itself needs to say seven-thirty, because that's when the room opens, an exact start and end time comes with an event pack or Plus, and the confirmation carries it.
Before a gig
The week before a show, run one poll with every night you could get the room and lock in two of them. Each poll is its own event with its own link, so the pre-gig rehearsals never get mixed up with the regular ones, and a free poll is free every time. What if the drummer can't make any of them?
They tap Can't on each night and say so in a comment. Add another night to the live poll and send the link around again. Sometimes a rehearsal without one of you is still worth having. If so, lock in the night that works for the rest and say who'll be out.
