Help
How events work, what to do when an email doesn't arrive, and how to reach a person.
Getting started
- How When Works For You worksPick a few dates, share one link, watch the answers land. Your guests never make an account or install anything.
- What autopilot does, and what a credit isAutopilot emails your guests, reads their replies, chases the stragglers, and confirms the date. One credit covers one event.
- Planning by email: forward us the threadForward a thread — one you started, or one a friend sent — to your plan address alone. We read out a title, dates and guests and park a draft.
Email and delivery
- An invitation or email didn't arriveUsually a typo, a spam folder, or a mail server that refused us. How to tell which, and what to do about each.
- A guest replied, but their answer isn't showingOn autopilot we read replies written in plain English. What we can and can't read, and how to get an answer counted.
- A guest can't vote, or the link doesn't workVoting needs no account and no app. Usually it's a link that broke in transit, an event that ended, or a missing personal link.
Your account
- Signing in, and resetting a passwordSign in with an emailed link, a password, or Google when it's available. If you're locked out, the emailed link is the fastest way back in.
- Deleting your account and your dataAsk us to delete your account and the personal data we hold. Email from the address on the account and we'll confirm when it's done.
- Who can see your pollAnyone with your event link can see the dates, the guest names and the answers, and can add one. What that means in practice.
- Contact usEmail us and a person reads it. What to include so we can fix things on the first reply instead of the third.
