The voting page asks for a name and nothing else. So when a guest can't vote, it's rarely about them.
The link broke in transit
Links forwarded through chats sometimes arrive split across two lines, with only the first half clickable. Ask them to paste the whole link, or send it again.
The event has ended
A finished event closes its voting page. If you still need answers, start a fresh event.
They voted under a different name
A guest is identified by their personal link, not the name they type. "Sam" and "Sam Rivera" are separate entries, and so are two people who both type "Sam".
Changing an answer
Answers are edited through a guest's own personal link — the only thing that identifies them. Guests we invited by email have one. Someone who voted from a shared link can request one by leaving an email address when they vote; we'll send it after they confirm the address.
Without it, voting again adds a second entry instead of replacing the first. If a guest appears twice, that's usually why.
