Copying, sharing and archiving an event

Every event on your dashboard has a ⋯ menu: share its link, copy it into a new event, or archive it when you're done. Nothing is deleted for good.

On your dashboard, each event card has a button in its corner. Most of the same actions are on the event's own page too.

Share link

On a phone this opens your share sheet, so the link goes straight into a text or chat. On a computer it reads Copy link and puts the link on your clipboard.

Copy event

Starts a new event with this one's title, description and guest list already filled in, so a monthly get-together is just picking new dates and sending. It's offered on autopilot events, which are the ones with a guest list to carry over — and on a confirmed event's results page too.

Archive

Ends the event. Its link stops working — anyone opening it sees that the event is no longer available — and it leaves your dashboard's list. Guests aren't emailed.

It's an archive, not a delete. Right after, an Undo appears for a moment; later, Show archived events at the bottom of the dashboard lists them all, each with a Restore that brings it back, link and answers included.

To have the data deleted rather than archived, see deleting your account.
