How to ask
Email hi@whenworksforyou.com from the address on the account and say you want it deleted. No reason needed.
What gets deleted
Your account, your sign-in details, the events you created, and the personal information we hold about you.
Two things survive: records we're required to keep for tax and accounting on purchases you made, and a minimal record that the deletion happened. Neither is used to contact you.
What it means for your guests
Deleting closes the events you created, so their links stop working.
Unused credits
Deleting gives up any credits still on the account.
Just want the emails to stop?
You don't need to delete anything. Mail we send a guest without their asking — invitations, reminders, results — carries an unsubscribe link, and using it stops us contacting that address about events, yours and anyone else's.
Mail about your own events is part of running them, so it carries no unsubscribe link. Archive the events you're done with, or write to hi@whenworksforyou.com.
