The short version
- Create an event and pick the dates you're considering. A date can carry a time: a morning, afternoon or evening on a free poll, or an exact start and end with an event pack or Plus.
- Share the link however you already talk to your group — text, chat, email.
- Each guest opens it, types their name, and taps the dates that work. No account, no app, no password.
- The tally fills in as answers land. The results page shows the winner and who said what.
Three ways to invite everyone
- Share a link. Free, always. You send the link yourself — there's no guest list to build.
- We email people for you. Paste in their email addresses — or pick them from your address book, everyone you've invited before, or a saved group like "book club" — and autopilot takes it from there. See what autopilot does and your address book.
- Forward a thread from your inbox. Already emailing your group? Forward that thread to us and we'll draft the event from it. See planning by email.
How many people?
An event holds up to 75 guests.
How many dates?
Up to 300 dates on one event. If you need more dates, we suggest making two different polls.
Do my guests need an account?
No, guests don't need an account to vote.
