The link is the key
Guests don't have accounts — that's what lets them answer in one tap. The flip side: anyone holding the link can open the poll, see the details, see the other guests' names and answers, and add an answer of their own.
Event links aren't listed anywhere, aren't guessable, and we ask search engines not to index them. But a link forwarded into a bigger group is a link that group can use.
In practice
- Treat the link like the group chat you'd paste it into.
- Don't put anything in a title, description or comment you wouldn't want the whole group to read.
- If your guest list changes in a way that matters, start a fresh event rather than reusing the link.
What we do with the data
The full account is in the privacy policy. Short version: we use it to run your events, we don't sell it, and you can have it deleted.
