A guest can reply in their own words — "the 14th is out but either weekend after works" — and we turn that into votes.
Replies we're careful with
- Ambiguous answers. "Maybe the second one?" — with no clue which list they mean.
- Dates that aren't on the poll.
- No availability at all. "Sounds fun!" isn't an answer to which day.
When we aren't sure, we say so rather than guess. The reply appears in your event's activity, marked as something to check.
Getting it counted
Read the reply and see what they meant. To have it counted, the guest re-answers through their own personal link — the one in our invitation. "Can you tap the dates on that link?" usually does it. See changing an answer.
Replies that never reached us
If nothing shows up at all — not even a flagged one — it's a delivery problem, not a reading one. Usually they replied to a forward we never sent, or only to you. See email didn't arrive.
